Kallio Kota is a lakeside tipi shaped tent with a wooden floor, fireplace and 3 beds: small double bed (120 cm) and two single beds. You can enjoy our high quality bed linen and winter blankets or bring your own sleeping bag. During warmest summer weeks you can hang mosquito nets on top of the beds.
In the early summer and in the autumn Kallio Kota has a wood burning stove that can be used for warming up tent or cooking. There is a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a campfire nearby the Kallio Kota, with a lake-view.
At Virento Hideaway have two kota tents available. They are located over 100 meters apart so that each group can enjoy their piece of the forest in privacy. There is no electricity at the glamping area. You can wash youself in a lake or in a sauna, that needs to be booked separately. The outhouse is shared with other guests.
Dogs are welcome in the Kallio kota.
The check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is at the latest at 1 pm.
Note: In the autumn we are open only during weekends, then the check-in begins on Friday at 5 pm and check-out is on Sunday at 3 pm.
